The popular series, 9 Nights of Music at the Minnesota History Center is celebrating its 19th year. The series presents the rich and vibrant rhythms and sounds of Minnesota’s multi-cultural community at free outdoor performances at the Minnesota History Center every Tuesday in July and August.
Listen to infectious music and dance tor salsa, Motown and classic big band swing – co-sponsor Tapestry Folkdance Center provides instructors to lead the way.
Tapestry Folkdance Center provides dance instruction starting at 6:30 p.m. Live music starts at 7 p.m. Bring a lawn chair and purchase food from the Market House terrace grill. Come early and take advantage of free admission to the museum galleries from 3 to 8 p.m.
