A planning and zoning commission public hearing will be held in the city council chambers of city hall, located at 590 40th Avenue NE Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m, for a preliminary plat and variance request. The plat and variance is for the property located at 4400 Stinson Boulevard in seven lots and requires a variance to lot width requirements. Also being discussed will be a request for a site plan approval to renovate Central Valu Center, located at 4300 Central Avenue NE. Any comments will be given an opportunity to be heard.
