WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Shenandoah Villas 2nd Addition (henceforth the Declaration) dated June 6, 1990 and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota on 8th day of June, 1990 as Document No. 895863, which said Declaration covers the following described property situated in the County of Anoka and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
Unit No. 50, Condominium No. 54, Shenandoah Villas 2nd Addition, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the Office of the County Recorder, in and for Anoka County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of the date of this Notice by Tina R. Leighton as unit owner, to Shenandoah Villas 2nd Addition Homeowners Association, Inc. the principal amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-two Dollars and 24/100 ($3,832.24) for condominium assessments, interest and past due attorney fees through December, 2012; and no action being now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, and the statute in such case made and provided, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Shenandoah Villas 2nd Addition Homeowners Association, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that by virtue of the power of sale created by statute, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances, which said sale will be made by the Sheriff of Anoka County, Minnesota at the Sheriff’s main office in the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, 13301 Hanson Boulevard NW, in the City of Andover, in said County on February 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said condominium assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney’s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owner, her personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
TIME AND DATE TO VACATE PROPERTY: If the real estate is an owner-occupied single family dwelling, unless otherwise provided by law, the date on or before which the unit owners must vacate the property if the lien is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property is not redeemed under section 580.23 is 11:59 p.m. on August 21, 2013. If the foregoing date is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the date to vacate the property is the next business day at 11:59 p.m.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Fridley Schools, Independent School District No. 14 will receive sealed bids for Toilet and Classroom Addition and Alterations at Hayes Elementary School; located at 615 Mississippi Street, NE, Fridley, MN and at R.L. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of a 5 classroom, 3 toilet room single story addition to each of the two school buildings, of approximately 7,200 square feet each addition. Additions consist of masonry wall construction, slab on grade, steel framed roof construction, single ply adhered roof membrane and related mechanical, electrical, civil and site work.
TYPE OF BIDS Bidders are to submit one Single Lump Sum Bids for the combined Scope of Work for both schools.
BID DATE: Bids must be received on or before February 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM, local time.
DELIVERY AND OPENING OF BIDS: Bids shall be delivered to and opened at the Fridley School District Office Conference Room at 6000 West Moore Lake Drive, Fridley, MN, 55432. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT: Work may commence on site on March 15, 2013.
TIME OF COMPLETION: Owner requires Substantial Completion of Contract Work on or before August 12, 2013.
BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in amount of 100 percent of Contract Amount.
OWNER’S RIGHTS: Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner’s judgment is in Owner’s best interests.

PROJECT SCOPE
The project consists of the remodeling of two existing kindergarten classrooms and associated support spaces. This work includes General, Mechanical and Electrical construction.
BID DATE
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Highland Elementary, 2013 Remodel” and arrive at Independent School District #13, Entrance #2, 1440 49th. Avenue Northeast, Columbia Heights, Minnesota by 2:00 PM, February 12th, 2013. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

BID SECURITY
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a Surety Bond, certified check, cashier’s check. The successful prime contract bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract.
TIME OF COMPLETION
Owner requires all work to be substantially complete on or before August 2nd. 2013 and fully complete before August 9th. 2013 and in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement.
CONSIDERATION OF BIDS
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, accept any bid, waive informalities in bids submitted, and waive minor discrepancies in bidding procedures, as it deems to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days immediately following the date of receipt of bids.
