Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Fridley Planning Commission at the Fridley Municipal Center, 6431 University Avenue N.E. on January 16, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
Consideration of a Vacation, SAV #13-01, by Bona Bros. Automotive, Brian Bona, to vacate a portion of 54th Avenue and University Avenue Frontage Road and an existing Highway Easement (City jurisdiction) to gain additional land area to allow for parking, landscaping and storm water ponding, legal description on file and available at Fridley Municipal Center, generally located at 5333 University Avenue.
